I have always had a passion for working with people. I have worked in hotels and in HR environments in large companies and always had an interest in people’s wellbeing and development.

As I embarked on my counselling training, I knew I had found the place I wanted to be. My favourite saying is ‘People start to heal the moment they feel heard’ – how often have we felt unheard and unnoticed? Counselling in it’s purest form means giving a listening ear, putting yourself in that persons shoes and offering support.

I qualified with a Diploma in therapeutic Counselling and continue to develop my knowledge and skills by attending additional training and am always looking for new ideas and ways to help my clients.
